hmm...a little bit more about me. This is hard but let's see...I'm much older now then when I first started blogging. GUIG (Growing Up in Grace) is my platform to share my thoughts, my faith journey with Jesus and maybe some crafting, cooking and lifestyle along the way.

I recently retired from 40+ years of working in 2025 and I'm lovin' it! At first, I struggled and I'll probably share that story soon. But, after six months, I think I'm finding my place again.

Crafting is my jam! I'm teaching myself to sew watching YT videos plus I love to crochet. Some of my other crafting involves cardmaking, felt stitching and knitting.

My hubby and I live in the Pacific Northwest where the climate is a lot better for us elderly people LOL! And, I help him with running his eBay store. He's a Vet and also retired too. After serving, he became a professional photographer for many years. 

Both of us are born-again Apostolic Pentecostals, we believe Jesus is God and He is our Savior. So many times, we have witnessed the hand of God upon our lives at the best and at our lowest moments in life. And if it had not been for Jesus, we have no idea what our lives would be like today. I'm so thankful to The Lord everyday!
