Hot Chocolate Sprinkles Cupcakes

A 'Hot Chocolate' Cupcake, complete with marshmallows and chocolate sprinkles topping a moist chocolate sponge. Cake baked by Rosie and Richard's (http://www.rosieandrichards.co.uk) and picture taken and owned by Sarah Howells.

I know I'm not a hard core baker, I still like the boxed cake mixes too much, nevertheless...that's not to say that my cupcakes aren't made with a lot of love, they are! To me chocolate is LOVE!
